A knife, a flint and a bottle of water is all that ex-soldier Bear Grylls needs to survive. The 34-year-old Englishman has already climbed Mount Everest and the Arctic crosses. Now he faces more challenges equipped only with the essentials, crosses the Survival expert and glaciers, deserts and raging rivers, fights his way through deep rain forests, swamps or quicksand. Suspended by parachute or helicopter in the extreme regions of the world seeks, Grylls found himself all alone on his way back to civilization. In the documentary series "Suspended in the Wilderness" tells the adventurer his own personal survival strategies.
