This is a fantastic and moving film, telling the story of Chernobyl from the view of the people who had to deal with the disaster, like the soldiers and their families. Phil Grabsky has made this film an intense and compelling watch, against the backdrop of Petrucci's poetry which forms the majority of the narrative. The footage on location is also spectacular making Heavy Water unmissable viewing!
