The Canary Effect : Kill The Indian Save The Man

This documentary, shows the effects that U.S. policies have had on indigenous peoples of the Americas, especially the Indians.
The film studies the historical realities often ignored or misunderstood the Native American community, highlighting abuses of indigenous peoples in North America. Some historians say that the U.S. Native Americans throughout history have been subjected to a policy of genocide, aiming at complete extermination of the civilization.
The documentary contains interviews with academics and experts on Native American issues to demonstrate that the extermination process was subject to this population, which had only one "fault" that was there first.
