Winehouse, the British belter who rose to international fame thanks to her defiant hit "Rehab" (and the near-constant tabloid coverage of her personal life that followed), was found dead in her London home on Saturday, a grim discovery that quickly sent shockwaves through the music industry and had many scrambling to find the right way to sum up a career that burned so brightly ... and was extinguished far too soon.
In the time since her body was discovered, London police announced that an initial autopsy failed to reveal the cause of Winehouse's death and that additional toxicology tests were needed. Those tests could take two to four weeks to complete. Here's MTV'S Special tribute to her.
